بادمجان
قارچ
نمک
ادویه
کره
پنیر چدار
ابتدا بادمجان را پوست میکنیم سپس مطابق فیلم ان را برش میزنیم
بعدبرش زدن به ان نمک اضافه میکنیم و تا بادمجان اب خود را از دست بدهد سس خوشمزه را اماده میکنیم
حالا قارچهارو خرد میکنیم
و روی حرارت میزاریم و بعد کمی تفت دادن به ان دو تا سه ورقه پنیر چدار اضافه میکنیم
بعد اماده شدن مواد سس بااستفاده از گوشت کوب برقی ان را کاملا یکدست میکنیم و سس خوشمزه ما حاضر است
داخل تابه کره میریزیم و بادمجان ها را تفت میدیم و بعد انرا روی تخته گوشت خرد میکنیم و به ان کمی نشاسته ذرت اضافه و داخل روغن داغ سرخ میکنیم در پایان به بادمجان ها سس مخصوص را اضافه و نوش جان میکنیم امیدوارم خوشتون اومده باشه
