i never cheated but still got banned. they kept me out for 1 year. i tried to contact support but got no answer. also didnt got these informations (and they did requested) now i stared over but if they will ban me again i wont wait another year to play and quit for good. either way, doesnt worth to purchase anything if they ban anyone like this, i sure wont pay anymore
if you clicked on the settings and it didn't show there then there's another way...click friend list, then click "invite friend" it should show there. Let me know if you still don't find it

U did not tell how to protect our account from banning!!
Play fairly, but in this case people are UNFAIRLY getting banned so there's no protection except saving your information just in case it does happen
