    Ive been working on the Athlean Zero program for about five weeks now and I must say its the best money ive ever spent and doing bodyweight only for the first time is probably the best idea ive ever had. My body stopped hurting in places that it has and I've noticed Significant improvements, not to mention the workouts are never the same, all challenging all ingenious all fun.

      Sort of the entirety of the workouts themselves COULD be considered conditioning it just depends. There is strength training twice a week where I sort of take my time. The workouts following strength training days are usually some sort of fun explosive movements like box jumps single leg burpees etc, think HIIT training. Like I said the exercises he has in the program are just like why didn't I think of this and its just a cool fun way to workout. Plus its bodyweight stuff so you don't need any equipment just a small corner of the gym a doorway and ive found a smith machine for lying chin ups and seated dips because nobody uses those things. haha

    Just adding that twist and squeeze into my chest workouts (strictly bodyweight training here) has my chest so defined it literally ripples like waves when flexed. Been doing this with pushups after i found this vid a few months back. Really works.

    Please do more of these bodyweight videos! I'm a boxer in training and I eat s healthy and green as I can. But sad the stuff we do is more technique and cardio which doesn't always isolate muscles and makes us look good. I'd LOVE to be able to do quick body part workouts added in my training so I can look great and still take time for techniques! Always happy to see an upload jeff! We're grateful more than you know!

    Just a tip for those doing the advanced version...I tried this when I had a 9percent body fat level for my chest and I barely felt the burn of doing a few push ups. Now I'm at a 5 percent body fat level for my chest and by making sure I had correct form, I feel sore as sh*t

    Looking at all those body builders with massive muscle that they looked pumped with air and thinking : wow that's massive. But then I see Jeff and while his muscles are not crazy big.. he is so ripped. You can see the muscles well defined and working. Been using his programs for a week and I can see better results than in a month from others. No wonder he's got 10mil subs. This guy knows what's he talking about and also explains it very well.     Been using this before, and now got back to it again. So far, while I'm typing this, I can move my arms only slightly forward and upward. Gonna take some time until I get full mobility... Great stuff.

      @@shahzaibkhan1558 Oh, yea. Just I've been doing whole minute dips. It tightens chest quite nicely. The only drawback I have found is that I have to avoid pushing motion exercises for couple of days until full recovery.
      But overall, this stuff is beyond great.

    Any tips on how to isolate the chest more? For me I don't feel my chest when I'm doing any chest exercise, while doing a push-up or anything I feel everything in my arms. I really have to focus and put my hands really close together like in a tricep push up i actually feel my chest.

      Hunter_ 629 your arms might be too forward in relation to your shoulders, try keeping them directly in line on top of each other (palms to shoulder). Also when you push, squeeze your chest and dont let your triceps do all the work, try to point your elbow directly behind towards your ass and not to the side

    I do all off your 5 6 & 7 minute workouts jeff this really helps mainly for me because when i just dont feel like it i just say i can just do it with Jeff. We have all been there with the lack of energy from everyday life. I love these workouts because they are effective and quick. You have been such an inspiration to me. When i was like 13 or 14 i started watching all the bruce lee movies. I would watch him while eventually doing splits and doing the strikes he does. Only thing is that hes not actually there speaking to you in depth and teaching you. Although i found my way around that and figured things out for myslef. You are definitely wise and full of knowledge. Wish i could show my results you have helped me along the way

    Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us all, you sure did help me. I can't afford any gear or a gym membership at this age (15 yo) and I started working out with push ups only in July 2017, and could only do three sets of five reps. If it weren't for you I'd still probably be rocking that much without even a proper form. Thanks a lot, man.

    I have been doing a 140 push-ups with the same variations and more (incline, decline, flat, wide, tight, and finally using a medicine-ball) as my daily warm-up. Never been prouder of my chest.

      Add just extra 30 sec of pushups after your done working out chest probably if you fall on your face you worked out chest enough lol.

    Describe this workout in one word: BRUTAL. This workout proves that you only need 6 minutes to really get a good blood flow in your muscles.

    Out of curiosity, why does the benefit come from doing 6 min straight with no rest? I thought 60-90 sec rests were ok while still maintaining hypertrophy? I've noticed in general most calisthenics videos have incredibly short (or non existent) rest times but no one really explains why in the videos.

      To keep the heart beat up. That way it will tire out ur muscles pretty fast and the workout will be challenging

      It makes it harder this way , remember muscles understand tension let's say you do 2 sets of 20 normal push ups a day and give 30 to 40 seconds rest between each set , it's easier than having only 5 to 10 seconds rest so you see here the exercise and number of reps, sets are the same but rest period is different the second option will be harder than the first keeping more gains coming

      Spread ur arms out to wide push ups formation so your chest is more isolated from your arms. When you go down dont fully use your arms use your chest which i mean by that is flex your pecs and keep a 45 degree ben with your arms to limit the use of your arms and more with you chest
