Journey to ALASKA: How I found joy in the stress of a major life change

- We downsize into a tiny house on wheels (a 25' Bigfoot travel trailer) and relocate to Alaska during the winter of 2020. In the process, we almost lost our existing home and business to a forest fire.
Everything about the move was difficult; the drive, the timing, and the weather.
I picked up worship flags as a form of prayer through movement. This helped me process our Alaskan adventure positively instead of getting discouraged about the sudden changes and monumental challenges we dealt with along the way.
