I tried igmp is showing disabled , internet interface is showing status as down and in remote management status not uploaded.. it's not working

OLT should be configured for 1199 Vlan to uplink port

I did exactly according to whats said in the video until 2:04 .. vlan was changed to 1199.. but after that igmp is showing down, internet interface status is down ,remote management status show not uploaded..
