Many of you ask
In CA Inter should we attempt a Single group or Both Groups?
It’s a very important Question
First Understand what is the benefit of attempting both groups
If you Write both Groups together and you didn’t get aggregate marks in one group
If you get 10-15 marks less in one group And in the other group, you got 10-15 More marks
Then the marks get set off and you can pass. This benefit is provided because many students fail due to not getting aggregate marks
In individual subjects students get passing 40 marks but
But do not get an aggregate of 200 Marks in a group
Because of this they fail in the group and
They again have to write an exam of all the 4 subjects
This benefit is big but. The challenge Study and Prepare both group
- Studying both group
- Revising
- Managing Classes, College, Job (if doing) is a difficult task
So I will give different advice to two different students
First of all, find out how many hours you can give to studies in a day
Your productivity, How much time you can give to CA?
Then know your Grasping power
One students need 10 hours for a chapter
Other need only 1 hour for same Chapter
Thirdly, will you be able to manage all the 8 subjects at a time
- revise them
- can write Test
Need to consider all these and then decide. Single or both Group

Hey, could you clear up a doubt please , like I have exemption in one paper so now when I write both groups for remaining papers can I still be eligible for overall aggregate instead of group wise aggregate?
