☠️ I've been experiencing extremely dangerous episodes of the motor not stopping as soon as I turn the throttle , related to high humidity conditions ! I think it's because the humidity increases conductivity of the hall sensors in the throttle . can you recommend a good throttle ? I think the manufacturers are going to have to make them water proof. I experienced the same issue with a different throttle , battery and controller. just using the bike after a rain storm is enough to cause the issue. We must have a throttle will a switch to cut power ! ☠️ Also stop using hot glue on the Hall sensors ! It melts were I live ! And make the throttle not Fall apart so easy , and they need to be made with softer grips or made to accept normal grip's.
MCY Throttle or handle bar Switches is water proof, and some controller can be set at program on throttle so if there are not normal the controller automatic cut. So the motor can't run
@@mikekingtv3325 thanks, I've talked to a company that has seen the issue before but only in the throttles that have high battery voltage running inside to a lcd. screen
sir bkit walang 5 volts yung supply ng trottle ng bike ko kya ayaw umandar. saan ko ba hahanapin yung 5 volts e 48 volts nman tong ebike ko.
Ibig sabihin boss di nag activate ang controller.. naka patay pa kaya ala 5 volts

wala na nka stock na, khit yung motor nya e 5 volts yun bkit nawala. umiilaw nman yung panel nya kpg switch ko yung ignition switch nya. tanong ko sa ebike store e sira na raw controller nya dapat bili raw ako bago o palitan yung controller. salamat boss sa reply mo.

What is the function of a transistor on a Ebike
It's a hallsensor that sends a signal to the controller for idle and speed ftom, .8 volts to 4.6 volts

I have a Phantomgogo R1 36v scooter. The make and model are Sine wave brushless controller 2HM-0. When I tested the 5v red wire coming out of the controller I found that the 5 volt Red Wire is pushing 17.44 volts. I am afraid of connectiing the.controller to the throttle because I do not want to damage the throttle. Is this high voltage normal or is it a defect? Will it destroy my throttle?
The voltage is so high.. maybe you also check the supply of the hallsensor on the motor HUB if the same reading.. . Because it should be all 5volts the same on the throttle..

The waterproof julet connecters are trickier , i need a spare set with bare wires one end !

Hi, first of all, thank you for this very usefull video. I have a problem with my e-quad throttle reaction, I have 4 different throttle, one finger type and three twist type, I measured the output signal as you discribed and didn't see any major problem but the motor driver doesn't give any response during the first angles of the throttles, but after the first 4-8 degrees, the motor starts to spin with a higher speed than desired and it makes a bad feeling on driving characteristics of quad. Between the 4-8 degrees to max throttle, there isn't any problem. Because of this issue, I can't drive the quad at very slow speeds below 5kph. Do you have any suggestion to fix this issue? Thanks. I checked this issue with another motor driver as well, and the result was the same.
Maybe your hallsensor of your throttle inside not inplace. So that the magnet ang sensor can not turn in normal.

Sir 48 volts e bike mataas Naman Ang charge biglang tumirek. Tapos tsinek ko supply Ng throttle lumalabas 29 volts DC . Possible ba na sira na Ang controller. Please help thank you.
Ang throttle kc 5 volts lng un kabyan.. baka nga sira ang controller mo.. piro kong natakbu siya tapus natirik lng.. check mo lahat ng battery kong my blotted.. piro tataka ako bakit 29 volts ang sa throttle mo.. mas maganda niyan kabyan kong sa palagay mo i sira ang controller mo kong may trupa k jan n my stuck n controller kabit mo muna pra ma try mo bagu ka bumili.. baka kc iba ang sira sayang pagbjli k agad

I have a controller. And on the controller is a jst-sm 4 pin connector for both the brakes and the throttle together. 2 are for the brakes and that leaves 2 more pins which are of course for the throttle. But, the throttle has 3 pins. Could it hurt my bike if I switch the pins around until I find which pin goes where ?
Okay si may be the 4 wire are
Black- negative
Red- 5 volts
Green- output signal
Yellow Green - high brakes

@@mikekingtv3325 I have a great question for you, I am interested in a twist throttle that starts you off slow, because I notice that all the cheap $15 twist throttles that I a have used, knock you off the saddle as soon as you barley turn it to its minimal activation point, I am looking for a throttle that starts off very slow and gradually starts accelerating to full speed. Please refer me to one either through amazon link or a model and model number, I will subscribe to your channel upon you response. thanks

hello micke i have problem in my scooter 48v 1000w evry thing is marche but the motor is not when i test the red and the black it 0 v and between the black and green also 0 v
Check input Voltage, if you have input supply voltage you should have the output reading... If not check open wire Used resistance measurements end to end or wire check if there is open line wire connection.

I connected to positive of my test probe of my digital multimeter

Boss pano po pag 0.86 po yung green pero 4.5V lang po ang read sa red. Palyado napo ba ang controller(48V) non. ?
Yong green boss.output signal un papuntang controller , pag pinihit mo.ng sagad tataas un hanggang 4.3 volt.. kc ung red at black supply lng.un.
