Hi Molly what your eating is casuing inflammation in your body. When you have endometriosis soy is a big no no because most soy is GMO now and it mimics oestrogen in the body, something we have too much of when we have endometriosis (too much oestrogen causes things to grow eg fibroids, cancers etc.)The salt will also cause you to puff up your friend is absolutely right because its the wrong kind/amount of salt. Plenty of water flush your system out. Your a gorgeous young girl and I know you will struggle with fatigue, weight fluctuations, pain and all kinds of other annoying things you shouldn't have to go through. I'm 10 years older and went through hell with endo when I was younger. It was a thing no one talked about or knew much about. I cleaned up my diet and tried to eliminate as much chemicals as I could in my daily routine. It helped me conceive my two children and kept my symptoms under control. I would advise you to get a handle on things now as I got diagnosed at your age and I honestly think if I didn't take care to eleimate as much packaged and gmo food then, I wouldn't have my children now. Food can be medicine or poison! I could go on and on as I was literally studying every day about endo/diet/ auto immune and inflammotory repsonses, maybe worth to consult a dietician who specialises in endo. Good luck xxx

We all just want to watch you more than just once every two weeks or a month.. no matter what the content is. We just love watching your every day life.
