In this clip, we share tips on soccer agility, coordination and passing by demonstrating a powerful exercise.
The drill consists in setting up a ladder in diagonal on the side of the center circle. You’re mimicking a run as a winger or fullback and your teammate is passing you the ball.
Once you complete the agility part, you receive the pass, take the ball and shoot towards the net.
