It's the WPA Three Point Break Rule. Not all tournaments use this rule, but for a break to be legal "a minimum of three object balls must either be pocketed, or touch the head string line, or a combination of both."

She hasn't improved at all from when she won the World's Junior and Amway. in fact she has got worse in some aspects of her game, e.g., she used to look at the aim-/impact point on the object ball about 75% of the time, now it's about 30% which is why she's misses a lot now. She used to do warm up strokes before hitting the cue ball, now it's pretty much non-existent so her cue ball control suffers. Her game has become sloppy and careless, she's rushing her shot. She needs to get a coach. I think Biado or Dennis O could coach her.
I LOVE WATCHING FAST PLAYERS--never seen Centena before this but I like her style.
