Dan, great pickups. I love that Mays auto. I also love seeing all the cards you have on display behind you. It seems like the room has a lot of natural light. I worry about displaying my cards in my place because all the rooms get a lot of light(which I like), but I don't want to damage the cards. However, I think cards should be seen like any other piece of art. In your experience does the light do damage?
Hi Dan, boy, the month isn’t close to over and you already acquired some fantastic cards. I enjoy seeing and hearing about your pickups, and watching your collection grow.
Wow, you weren't kidding when you said you had a huge month. Great pickups...love the 62 Post Mantle and Maris, and that signed Mays is a blazer. Have a great weekend my friend.
Excellent pickups Dan! Sweet Willie Mays auto, and I really like that Johnny Sain! As possibly the youngest set collector on UA-cam; having completed a few vintage sets, and currently building about 46 simultaneously- if you need an extra for the set building strategy episode, I’d love that!
whata month. Beautiful 70 "Fleece Mop". Perfect signature and placement. Not too many vintage cards look good signed but that one POPS! Enjoy it my handsome friend
Wow I would say did pretty good for yourself, the Willie Mays Auto is a stunner. That 52 Joe Adcock is one of my favorite all-time cards, I keep mine out on display.
Quite the month you've had , ❤ the 70 Mays auto. I like the diversity of your collection and some of the projects your working on. Thanks for sharing with us your pick-ups.
Very nice pick ups. I need to start collecting the '39 Cincinnati reds team set. Willard Hershberger was such a tragic tale. I have the '40 set and they have a nice memorial for him on the back. Congrats on getting your Adolfo Luque, I know you were looking for one.
Wow, that Mays is so cool!!!!! Those SGC big slabs kill me! I have some. They only have a few sizes, so the in between stuff looks goofy. But the card is fabulous, congrats!
I was there Friday as well. Did you see the 1970 Topps baseball wax box Heritage has in their auction? Estimate was 80k. Picked up some 63 Fleer for my set including the impossible checklist. Down to three to complete the set. Love your pick ups.
Dan, I love the sets you’re building! I have two of them finished already. The set building conversion sounds great. That’s my main focus too, if you need a 3rd. Also let me know when you want to discuss the Diamond Stars. I’m returning to that project next month.
Great lineup of pickups. As a note you me the 71 Bud Harrelson card with Nolan Ryan in the foreground. I went into a deep dive trying to figure out who the runner sliding into second is on that card and it turns out, according to my research, it is none other than HOFer Joe Morgan.
Great pickups, congrats.
Awesome pick ups Dan! Mays auto is beautiful! The Ozzie auto looks great in the CSG Slab!
Oh wow, awesome Mays pickup!
Some amazing pick-ups, I especially like the 62 Post Mantle and Maris cards! Congrats!
Love those Mays and Newcombe cards.

Nice recap, amazing pickups!

Hi Dan. You picked up some more amazing stuff, man, you are knocking it out of the park this year, congrats my friend. Talk soon pal.
Love the cards shown, pickup, and ECN recap. Thanks Dan
Really do want a 70 or 71 Thurman auto card . Love both

Sorry I missed you Friday! Great cards.
Dan, you may be my favorite outside of Mangini. I picked up a lot of PCL Portland Beavers 1925
@@Autzen1989 “Outside of Mangini”?!? Wow, now I’m John’s rival!
Nice cards, thanks for the video😊

Quite a haul!
I have been NYC for the past week and somehow I didn't realize the East Coast National was happening.
