Bad Truckers

This guy gives professional truck drivers a bad name. He is not supposed to deliver between 11:30 and 1pm due to the high traffic on that narrow street, but he does it anyway. He constantly blocks the fire hydrant and half the crosswalk. People must be extra careful when crossing the street due to the blind spot his truck creates. His company has been notified of this and they apparently dont care either.
