Its special effects! Haha its not too hard to do especially considering they are in front of a green screen already

They aren't in front of a green screen. They would have shot two separate takes then layered the footage, it's really easy to do with static backgrounds like that. It's how they would do it for hollywood, think Leaves of grass, Legend, Nutty Professor or even Austin Powers... No green screen, just layering. You were close though!
They used it quite cleverly in this episode, and was happy to see Cotton Candy Randy after Jordan announced Rhett to be the Best Daddy. He IS his favourite Daddy after all XD....

Steven O I guess that is true to a certain extent. But still, it would leave a sour taste in your mouth knowing that another person wanted literally nothing to do with you, hence getting a dna test. This isn't true for all the "fathers" on the show, but for most of them. It also wouldn't be nice knowing that your mother was also "messing around"
