Fortunately, I am at the lowest stage so I am not too fixated on cleanliness but I still need to wash my hands all the time, clean my plates before eating even if they are clean, and if I go outside even for a bit, I have to take a bath. But I try to fight this sht and try not to get too bothered by unseen dirtiness, that's why I am at the lowest stage and I am determined to keep it at this stage and not let it move up. Sever cases of mysophobia are scary because some people can't even eat things cooked by others, they need to cook their own food, do everything by themselves because they can't handle unseen dirtiness, and wants everything cleaned by them, only then they believe that it's clean.
