Inferno rocket blade awards aggressive players who build their damage which helps take care of final zone venom losers or mera with an un avoidable one shot. The weapon itself actually auto targets the nearest person in line of sight, with orientation to your mouse position so, even is someone is goro flying around, you will guarantee hit them. The ult full charge goes through tekkai as well so, the best way to avoid it, is to get behind something, forcing them to aim around to try and get aoe splash hit on you, which will still likely hit you due to the massive aoe.
