i think its because the show is a little bit too dark for the bigger audience, i love it though
@@timkuefer1523it’s also unapologetically ideological. There are LGBT characters, Neurodivergent characters, and basically everyone is left-leaning. It’s amazing for it, but it also means the audience is unfortunately smaller.
@@hotdog8109As a conservative I did not care at all. It‘s my favourite show I‘ve ever seen; the best I can describe it is by comparing it to some high-standing literary works, it‘s that good. Being of a different opinion does not mean you have to ignore others. It even made me a bit more left-leaning ;)
This show is amazing. The depth of the plot is very similar to Attack on Titan. Watching the later seasons as they aired was something else. There were so many theories about what was happening and people were looking at even the smallest details.

Those who know something about any aspect of filmmaking know how good this show is, but average people, if you ask them about this show, have never heard of it. The writing, acting, storytelling, score, etc. are all excellent, and this show has the best cinematography of any TV show, and I've seen all the big ones like Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Wire, Mad Men, True Detective, etc. I'm glad you mentioned Elliot being an unreliable narrator; keep that in mind, and there are clues in the dialogue and scenes that will make sense in the future. This show also has the best and most rewarding ending, in my opinion.

Good to see you watch this show. This is onoe of the (if not actually) the best show ever made. The hacking is authentic (even though, some times it takes a little more effort/time) but the hacks are not only realistic but also exactly the commands someone might use to do this kind of task. The acting is absolutely top tier, the music and pacing is unreal and the cinematography is by far the best of all series. Keep reaction to this! You are one of the pioneers.
The introduction scene always gets me, it's soooo good, really happy you started this show, unfortunately isn't the most hyped show to have big views here on youtube but still, for me, one of the best shows of all time alongside breaking bad, even if it is a little underrated, happy to finally have someone else reacting to it, really looking forward towards your reaction to this show and of course, Attack on Titan, btw, heard you starting Vinland later in the year, another huuuge pick as well!

I never had an opening scene hook me as this show did. I was on an NYC to Dubai flight and binged watched the first series. Rewatched it on the return flight.
Mr.robot it's one of the best shows ever made, you're going to love it! I recommend The Bear, I think you'll like it a lot too, the episodes are short and the whole cast is amazing.
I have not seen The Bear. Might have to. Especially with all the accolades it's been getting recently.

As somebody who has watched this show like ten times please watch all the episodes at least twice. There is just so much you can miss. The show is super deep. There is no filler. Even when you think a scene doesn’t matter it always comes back in later seasons. 😩

What a great reaction! I love this show so much, and honestly not a big fan of a lot of the reactions available. However I feel like you really clicked with the pilot episode and have such great insight, depth, and are a great communicator with both words and body language... suuuuuper excited to catch the rest of your Mr Robot content :D (and looking forward to checking out your other stuff too!)

I had heard about Mr. Robot…wanted to watch it…seemed intriguing. Watched this first episode and immediately was hooked! One of the greatest shows I’ve ever seen! Absolutely brilliant writing and acting 👌🏻

Little fun fact : I am French and when I watched the first two seasons of the show, I wasn't good enough in English to watch it in VO, so I watched it in French. Never realised that in VO, Tyrell actually says "Bonsoir Elliot", because in French, they obviously had to change it up so that it would match the language switch. So, in the French version, it's actually "Buona sera Elliot", in Italian, and I got so used to it that hearing the Bonsoir feels weird 😂
Anyway, I love Mr. Robot so much, but I could never really find the right moment to get into the last two seasons as they came out, because it is such a complex show with such a deep plot that I could never find the time to go back to the first seasons. I really want to finally see the end of the series so I looked up for a reaction and I am so very glad I found yours because I really liked this first video! So excited to rewatch the next episodes along with your reaction :))

Its kind of wild looking back on the pilot knowing what we know now and realising that the very first scene is Elliott catching a pedophile. The long game that Sam Esmail was playing is stunning.

This show is more accurate on cybersecurity, hacking, and networking. They use real terms and procedures most of the time. Also, the story, directing, and acting are on point. One of the best shows.
