I completely disagree. This isn’t a big deal at all. 2K is always extremely glitchy at launch. We all know this as 2k players. 2K support is shutting down all of their services besides tickets is a good idea. Will the tickets pile up? Yes. But will the workers only have to deal with one form or support? Yes. Every 2K support worker will all be doing tickets, that THEORETICALLY should work well.

2k21 came out last year and i bought mamba edition and didn't receive any of the VC i think in total i submitted about 30 different tickets asking for it but in the end i didnt ever get that VC
At least u got a chance to play the game, i bought the mamba edition too, and got next gen console late mid august and 2k21 next gen crash everytime i never played a full match
