Hi John. Guess I better take a look at mine too then! Crazy you lost 2 of them. Are there only 2 for the gas tank? Front and Back? Man those rocks CANNOT feel good on your body. Any idea what that bottom zerk fitting is greasing? I wonder if they aimed that zerk the wrong way. I will look at mine.
lol no the rocks are not the best therapy for your back ... the bottom zerk not sure they both go into the side/end of a linkage and being this whole thing runs on cables not greasing the linkage could be real bad and put extra stress on the cables. not sure what genius put the upper zerk fitting facing the back of the cab that you cant reach with a straight on coupler at least i couldn't with the lock and lube thats the only 1. but that 90 deg end works well just a pain to have to take off 1 fitting and put on another just for 1 zerk but its not everyday so ill have to roll with it lol. Oh and yes only 2 nuts on the fuel tank lol and the nutz they used are a locking washernut combo so there are ridges under the washer part of the nut to keep it secure problem is they used another flat washer under that and now completely made the ridges useless on the bottom of the original nut because the flat washer can now loosen up if that makes any sense.
