I was depressed for several days after break-up and recently came across this Ranveer's show. I already followed his YT channel, tried to replicate his recipes learning new things deep rooted history about our food and it's like a daily thing for me during this Durga Puja festive time to try out new new recipes and getting connected myself with my real ones those close people whom I had been ignoring till date and it feels amazing. Now I feel more energetic and so positive towards my hobbies. You can put a real smile on your favourite person only by preparing good food for them. No kind of blingy expensive things can do that magic' ✨🪄

The permanent arrival of Islam & Muslims in the Indian subcontinent after the 2nd Battle of Tarrain in 1192, left an unerasable and indelible mark on food culture in subcontinent. It marks the arrival of Persian, Turkish, Afghan & Mughal style of non vegetarian cusine, which of course changed the diet pattern of native people of subcontinent when they are introduced with this style of non veg food.
You have absolutely no idea what Chapli Kabab is and how it is cooked. It's Buffalo's meat and just has few ingredients. Then it's cooked in Lamb's fat. Entirely in opposite direction to your recipe. Please do some research before showing dishes which do not originate from your country and also dont distort the facts.
Ranveer I admire your knowledge of cooking , presentation and story telling but please don't cook up stories. Nawab of Lucknow Wajid Ali Shah never went to Murshidabad. He settled in a place called Metiabruz in Kolkata. So the Awadhi / Mughlai cuisine and the famous Kolkata Biryani is inspired by Nawab's kitchen. His lineage is still residing in Kolkata.Murshidabad was a different kingdom whose last Nawab was Shiraj-Ud-Daulah. Murshidabad cuisine is Persian cuisine married to Bengali flavours and tastes great.

Not taking Ranvir's side. Still he can be given benefit of doubt. Here's how - Peshawar is less than 140 kms from Jalalabad, an Afghanistan city. The border is even closer. So, culturally two places are almost the same, just divided by political borders. There is no way to pinpoint in that 130 km radius where was the first Chapli kebab made. Kebabs were brought to this region hundreds of years ago through Turkish influences. Chapli is derived from Pukhtun language and started by people whose generations are spread across that region. There's no point being so surprised because you have a narrow and stubborn view of the demography.

Instead of fresh Anar danna, we use dry Pomegranate seed.
Also besides Besin use Makai ka Aata (Corn flour)
