He doesn’t have much experience and he is young, so hopefully he stays for 5-6 years before he gets offered an HC job assuming all goes well for him. I can’t imagine P4 programs would feel comfortable handing the HC reigns to someone without about a decade of experience under their belt altogether. I hope that buys us time
