BG Freight - Long Island Steel Trains - January 2017

The Long Island Steel Train run by Pacific National
is a freight train that runs from MFT (Melbourne
Freight Terminal) and the Long Island Steel Mill
near Hastings. It runs once a day and sometimes
twice, every day of the week. It runs on the
Frankston and Stony Point lines. It then utilises the
branch line which breaks off the mainline at
Hastings to the steel mill. In this video we
see the train at various locations along the
Frankston line throughout January 2017.
