As a Persian American you really provided such a unique perspective of Iran that I havent seen before! You really changed my mind on what the country is actually like and with so much negative coverage in the US/West of Iran this is refreshing and much needed view of what this beautiful country is actually like and a picture of daily life!
I am from small town Wisconsin and I would have never ever thought Iran would be this beautiful! It just goes to show you how closed off we are from places that are "off limits" to the common person watching. My fave video you've done hands down!
Same experience, 15 years ago my dad took me and my mom first time to Iran. I don’t speak Farsi tho. But my experience was soo similar, from being picked up at the terminal by dozens of people, from exploring the country, running from place to place, dinner everyday at another cousin or uncle. Great video made me feel very nostalgic
One of your best videos Shervin! Iran looks stunning, would love to visit now! Your family and friends all seem so incredibly hospitable and welcoming too
Bro, I just finished watching Tehran from Apple plus 😅 right time for your video. Iran has great people and great culture, I feel sad about their politics but their culture is amazing
I really think you hit it out of the park with this video. Your personal story is great, and I liked how you were still able to tie in technology, fitness etc. throughout. 2025 content has been great! Looks like you're hitting a groove
Such a beautiful vlog! I really enjoyed the pace, the editing and the background music. It’s also nice to see another side of you beside New Yorker Shervin. The architecture is gorgeous and the streets look very clean compared to Europe, Maghreb or Turkey.
I really enjoyed this video. I love being able to experience different cultures, through vlogs, as I think they are always far more relatable. Hope to see more Travel content soon!
Enjoyed it especially your dads village and his gorgeous house he was raised as a kid. It brought back all my memories from Iran. Superb music selection with Itai Armon
Amazing video dadash. It seemed you had a blast. For me, as someone who lives outside Iran but visits frequently, the best experience is when you and your friends and/or cousins go on a road trip without a destination in mind and just have a blast. Hopefully you get to experience that.
Shervin, this is another great blog! It's great that you were able to visit your home country and experience so much! Are you coming to Germany again? I would love to meet you sometime. Best regards Patrick
thanks for visiting , it's great that people around the world are starting to see the real iran🥹 you are all welcome here, no matter where you're from🇮🇷
Thanks for sharing Shervin! What a wonderful thing to be able to travel as an adult with your folks on such a special trip. Iran looks so beautiful, friendly and delicious. Nothing like we’re lead to believe… Makes you wonder how many other fabrications and lies we’ve been fed about different places and cultures. I’d love to go there some day
I was already subscribed to your second channel, but now I'm excited to see so much more. This was just a great look into Iran and it was awesome getting your perspective. Wonderful work man.
Iran is safer than Europe and its super beautiful. Believe me I have lived in many countries all around the world. By the way the Russian debit card I guess works in Iran and more countries in the eastern block are joining the he team I’ve heard.
America doesn't portray countries. You can become informed, it is not forbidden like in Iran, China or Russia. Just because of the freedom you get the truth and lies too. In Iran or Russia or China only the lies. The above video is on an US platform by an US citizen... Think about this.
@@phaidros100 what an absolute bunch of biased BS. What you’re doing right here is lie yourself. Iran, Russia and china will always be better countries than the one you live in. We don’t pay taxes but have much more than you do. Think about this
Don't intend to defend Iran or anyone in particular. Just defending the truth, if anything. So, one of the "enemy" countries of our civilization (according to a group of elites with very clear economic interests) is not as horrible as the normal citizen might believe. Not only that, but we see how they are even superior in certain aspects. Or at least, they have not reached the level of degeneration that our world has suffered. 🙏🏼
I wish you could go back and make more and more content. Omg it was beautiful to see you in your home country and seeing the real side of a country that us as Americans have a clouded judgement of.
Bro, I’m actually shook that you’re Iranian! When you were speaking Persian, it had this playful, almost whimsical vibe-like googooli magooli mode 😂 But then your English has this super serious, almost rough edge to it. It’s wild how different the energy is! Love the contrast though! 😄
Im half iranian and spanish. Didnt you have any issue in Iran, what about military service. I enjoyed the video, hopefully one day I also have the chance to travel to Iran
For me, I don’t care how beautiful it may be, if being nervous or scared of what may happen to you if you wore shorts outside is something you have to think about, that place is not for me.
As your subscriber and as an American Jew I am curious if the citizens of Iran are as anti_Jewish / anti-American as the government? I have always thought that the people could be warm and welcoming.
@@larry3412 The people of Iran are not anti-Jewish, but after Israel, Iran is the second country with a Jewish population in the Middle East, which has a representative in the Iranian parliament, and Judaism is recognized in the Iranian constitution, only the Zionists' oppression of the oppressed Palestinian nation is a problem. have
Are you out of your mind? Most Iranians consider Israelis their friends. It's nothing new, it's a historical fact. Unfortunately Iranians never had a good relationship with Arabs but we've always been good to israelis. It's weird that you don't know about the friendship and the support Iranians had for Israelis.
