FAQ
“What happened to the original channel?”
It got taken down because a different channel I was working with that was assigned under the same email got three strikes so any other channel that’s under the same email will get taken down as well, regardless of their standing.
“Why are the lengths of the Japanese videos vs. the English videos different?”
The translation and localization of Fates didn’t use up the entirety of the model animations from the Japanese version. At the time of recording and editing, I wanted to show as much of the model animations with the English dub as possible so I spaced out the audio. I did my best so I’m sure if the pacing is still kind of awkward for the English videos.
“How come the children’s hair colours (minus Shigure) are all grey in the Japanese videos?”
I don’t remember the exact time I recorded everything but it might have been because the ‘official/canon’ hair colours for the children weren’t out yet so I left it as is because it was the default.
“How did you record/compile the footage like this?”
I used Live2D Viewer to utilize the models and OBS to record.
“Can I have a link to all the resources you used?”
Going back to find and upload anything from my old laptop made me realize how unorganized my original system was and there were quite a few errors that I stumbled across. This whole process of uploading everything again took more time than I thought so I probably won’t.
End note: In case anyone asks, I probably won’t use this channel for anything else besides what the channel name says.
