I absolutely love the taste of red bananas. The ordinary commercialized yellow Cavendish is practically tasteless compare to scarlet, pink, red , miniature and spotted bananas. Only the giant bananas are almost inedible raw. Surprisingly, sweet when fried. Spotted bananas are my favorite.

in the Caribbean islands the are red bananas too..the banana tree is huge .. two feet wide trunk.
Red bananas are real, but making a video by spraying red paint on unripe ones (or normal banana) to fake their bright color is not honest. see 5:40
