To put this in a easy way, I believe there is a rare chance that when you put a train with a rollsign (including OTT trains), you will se a Rart instead of the iconic "Not In Service" rollsign (like R62/A R68/A R46/44) OR THEORY 2 you just right click not in service i dont even know i dont work for PTA
