We live very close to Henegar. Thankfully, even though our county had warnings with sirens last night after midnight and then again this morning, it was in the northern part of our county. My heart breaks for those affected! 🙏💔
Good storm shelter. I just a video by the manufacturer about these.
My prayers for all those who lost their homes.😢
Your video was very clear footage. Such a tragedy to see people’s lives turned upside down like this.
Heartbroken for everybody impacted by this, especially those now without a home. It's gut-wrenching to have to witness go through so much pain and begin a grueling recovery process at the same time.
Amazing footage. Heartbreaking
My prayers go out to those affected 😢
Thank you for sharing. Sad to witness survivors having to rebuild their lives.
Prayers that no one was harmed
Thank you...
Bad spot
Henninger's gotten drilled by tornadoes more than once
That stretch between Huntsville and scottsville.
OMG 😲
🙏
🙏😢
From your observations, are you seeing any evidence of a dual cyclone debris path? I monitored the reflectivity of the storm all night and I would almost bet money that the storm produced two simultaneous tornadoes at one point during the path.
At one point, there were four warnings from four storms in the same area. If not one storm, good possibility they were hit almost immediately by a second. It was a scary thing to watch last night.
It was two tornadoes about 40 minutes apart, same track
Tdog, my oldest daughter saw two funnel clouds at the same time over Lookout Mountain. They dropped down like fat fingers. This was shortly after Henagar was hit.
Where Do the farm animals go? I see an empty corral, now I’m concerned about the horse or whatever animal stayed in there. 😬
Usually those are to work the animals around here, seldom are they used to keep the animal in permanently.
I was thinking the same thing.People mostly have the chance to make it to safety but the animals do not. If I lived somewhere that had tornadoes I'd bury shipping containers to keep my critters safe.
