Ash Ketchum vs Charles Darwin, please. Also, Sir Isaac Newton vs Bill Nye the Science Guy.
Also, the backstory on every bleeping tree branch? They're referring to the Silmarillion and Unfinished Tales.
So glad I found this.
The HBO line was Martin's biggest brag, and at the time it was great, but it's aged like fine milk.
Well with House of the Dragon its a brag again
@@Seek1878 Not after season 2 which went nowhere
@@nathanmorgan3647 Yep lol
Boffers Bofers and Brandybucks but still no Starbucks anywhere :'D
Love the comments. Go Tolkien go. Lord of the rings will life forever. 10 years from now people will go " Jon who...?"
I think Tolkien won. I've never seen a full episode of Game of Thrones but I just started watching your reactions to the show and may start watching it in the future. I played the first episode of the Telltale game which was entertaining but it could be kind of confusing with the vast amount of characters and mythos behind the story.
I am glad you guys have done some research-nothing drives me nuts more than reactors who: 1. DO little to no research and know nothing about one or both of the battlers; or 2. are under 18 and have no clue about anything, or are under 12 and are watching the more adult battles and don't get 1/2 the references or jokes
Is Calvin going to read the a song of ice and fire books?
First watch, Tolkien with the finisher left a stronger impression. However, with my second watch, Martin's main flows had more of an impact (and wasn't deterred by Tolkien's end verse).
More please! Lots more please!
George Martins flow was nicer but its Tolkien REKT HIS FACE!
do more of these u have great views on these
This one has become my favorite, the second is Bob Ross & Picasso, that is hilarious too. And yeah, I think Tolkien won slightly here.
Please do more ERBoH. They are great, you guys are great, so...yeah. And for me G. R. R.M. won, but Token didn't stay behind by much at all....it's just the tree branch was so on point that I couldn't help but laugh. And for me, that's a win.
I'm watching this at work
J.R.R “The genres called fantasy it’s meant to be unrealistic”
Then George says “We don’t need the backstory on every fucking tree branch”
These were my favorite lines not only because they were back to back but also because they’re my nitpicks with each author.
JRR won handily. I have to wonder if you boys even got half JRRT's burns if you thought it was close.
Yes, continue with ERBs you haven't seen :D
"Edgier plots then that David the Gnome"?
It's heavily implied someone gets eaten in Lord of the Rings, try again.
every video reaction should be like this... short not 26:43 minutes for a 3 minute rap
I thought that Tolkien won, mainly because out of the two Martin went
more for profanities and things like "I have sex, you not", while
Tolkiens attacks were more on an intellectual and artistic level.
Have any of you guys seen Dis Raps For Hire on EpicLLoyd's channel? You should check those out.
It's Lloyd doing insult raps that people ask him to do
