Yes Africans in America that are diasporians must not fear and keep an open mind. THE MOST HIGH HAS NOT GIVEN US THE SPIRIT OF FEAR BUT ONE OF POWER LOVE AND A SOUND MIND
When i visited this past December,i stayed in a place as the 2nd floor was being built😂 i did not choose this place for myself. It was in Tse Addo, which is 7 min. Drive from the beach & the roads are mostly good. I liked the neighborhood. I visited Amasaman1x, the traffic, terrible roads, 😮nope. Enjoy the journey
Thanks for taking us along with you. Is the house for rent or for sale? I can see that the roads are drive able. A sun hat and comfortable shoes always comes in handy.
@@premiumafrica, that house is not bad at all if you ask me. It’s very modern and although quite a bit of money will go into bringing it up to par. A lot can be done with it.
88% Subsaharan West African, then some scattered things like close to 10% East African, 10% European. All that accounts for more than 100£ but at least you can see how it's broken down.
Hi love your video. Next time you can get those yellow tricycles to give you a ride from the main junction to where the house is. Also get intouch with Kimberly Mensah. She is also a UA-camr and lives in Amasaman with her husband who moved to Ghana and she shows some beautiful finished properties for rent on her channel. Contact her. The prices are also very reasonable if you want to live in the Amasaman environment.

Watching from London England 🙏🏾😊
The dawn for radical and practical Economic infrustracture development in the country is highly appreciated.
I love the rural aspect and simplicity of life. It seems so isolated and remote. How safe is that?
It's safer here than in the US, Ghana is the most peaceful country. In America we fear everything...
Thanks for taking us with you on your journey. Greatly appreciated.
Thanks sis for taking us on this apartment hunting journey!

The house is for rent, it's a new development and the only one out of the four that's nearly finished.

This just means there's a better place for you both. I'm curious now, what's the other 40% DNA you didn't mention? That is, if you want to divulge!
