L fits this song, he was lonely because he didn’t really have any friends or family. His “high” could be considered a sugar high from all the sugar he consumed. And the line where the song says “devil standing right right there, funny you don’t think i see you standing right there, I guess I’m just too high to care”. The devil is rem the shinigami. She’s a god of death so basically a devil. And that L is too high off sugar to consider that she would be the one to kill him. Maybe he did consider it but he was more focused on Kira because he can’t do anything to a shinigami. The whole time he thought Kira would be the one to kill him but in reality it ended up being rem. idk maybe I’m just over analysing this 😂
