Principal trombone player Jörgen van Rijen about Tan Dun's Three Muses in Video Game

Principal trombonist Jörgen van Rijen performed the world premiere of Three Muses in Video Game by Tan Dun on 5 November 2021. A few days before the concert we met Jörgen during rehearsals to talk about the piece that was written especially for him.

Mahler seems to be one of the few composers who really cares about brass. Check out Jörgen playing Mahler's 3rd guys, he's amazing.
