Guys, it's not really a big deal when you accidentally flipped the Philippines flag or flipped a paper flag. Nobody will gonna shoot your or put you in jail, this thing only matters when someone tryna do prank on a "legit" Philippine flag or waved it on public. A legit Philippine flag is those we used and raised in schools every flag ceremonies, those flags displayed in municipalities and in malacañang or in museums and historical sites like Luneta Park. A simple Philippine flag made in clothe or paper or whatever isn't a real Philippine flag so you're not going to get into trouble, but still do not flip it for the sake of other's confusion. Also just because some civilian flipped it upside down doesn't literally mean the country will or is in state of declaring war. Only those with authority can flip it and declare war. Civilians cannot do it, and if they did it just for prank or attention they will be put in jail.
No one will shoot you or put you in jail but the memers will pop out. (i guess?)
