The announcements belong in the sound folder. Here's how to find the folder: openbve_stable folder, then Userdata folder, LegacyContent folder, Railway folder, then Sound folder. When you get in the sound folder put it in the TTC Bloor-Danforth folder. If the folder doesn't exist then create one in the sound folder.
Yes they will still work because when I created them, the file names end with TR so it is easier to differentiate between these announcements and the non TR announcements.

As far as I know, only T1 trains are on line 2.

It doesn't but when playing line 2 on openBVE you get the option to drive a TR as well as a H4, H5, H6, and T1

How did you get the station announcements?
I created them myself using TextAloud3 and by using the text-to-speech voice Heather to make the announcements.
I just added a link in the description of this video if you want them.
What about the Sheppard West Sign on TR, T1, H6, H5, and H4? Because when I go into the YUS route it only says Downsview.
