This title comes around a lot but mostly with a price of $39, or $49, and then If that amount is paid, we still dont get the words to the prayer. Whats up with that?

Its only motivation
The prayer itself is good and genuine. However, I don't believe you have the faith in it as you rightfully say is a prerequisite for it to have an effect on one's life, as demonstrated by the deceptive title of your video. Respectfully, the prayer above is worthy of embracing and could stand on its own merits with integrity without the false title.
If you want to repeat a prayer, stick to the Lord's prayer. Jesus > this guy. If he has to lie to you in the title to get you to repeat passages about what you "deserve" (two major red flags), you should be very skeptical. It's in Matthew Chapter 6 (in red letters, which are Jesus' actual words)
"Our father, which art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
on Earth, as it is in heaven.
