Unless Saitama has a punch that is substantially stronger than a Big Bang or a reality ending device, the omnitrix has a fail safe can easily keep Ben alive in the events of getting punched. Also, realistically Alien X can rewrite the timeline so Saitama never existed or simply just erase him. I don’t think Saitama has any real resistances to an attack of that magnitude, though if I’m wrong about this let me know.

I don’t think Saitama has any real resistances to an attack of that magnitude, though if I’m wrong about this let me know.
