This was much needed for me this evening. Only a few hours ago, I found out my mentor and close friend has passed away.
I can’t sleep, and I don’t think I will be able to sleep for a good long while, but that doesn’t mean I have to feel completely empty.
This video is helping me to relax and stay in a calm place while I process my grief.
