Tchouameni is a great player although in my opinion worse than rice (not by much just minor difference) but i dont think he would bring the afformentioned skills of personality, leadership and allowance for other players to shine which is the main reason i suggested rice was a good buy, i would also say that rice is a big statement buy in the way that despite man city and bayern munich being interested he chose arsenal which for arteta's project will add a level of credance and potentially inspire others to place their trust in him too.
As for lavia and saint maximan given he went over the price payed for players to compare them i shall too and we'll say swap havertz for both of these.
