Waikato Women's Rugby Squad

It was a lot of fun having the Farrah Palmer Cup Waikato Women's rugby squad dropped in for a 90 minute circuit workout session with our ninja coaches to kick start their 2022 campaign. They sang us a song before they left. How good!
