I have a front-wheel-drive tribute, not 4x4. I went off-roading a couple of weeks ago on similar terrain, it did great I didn't feel that 4 wheel drive was needed.
I totally recommend checking out the "Old Man Emu" lift kit, that's what I used, and if you're adding stuff to the front end be careful of overheating on the interstate. My nudge bar affects aero to the point where it starves the radiator of air just a bit at interstate speeds lol
It's an ARB nudge bar that I custom modified to accept a winch. If you check out my instagram @tims_gearhead_garage I have an old post where you can see a behind the scenes look at the construction of it :)
I got this ARB nudge bar off of Amazon, and the hood is just a regular one from a junkyard that I modified myself with an angle grinder and some cheap louvers. Couple years later I'm not sure that cutting holes in my hood was such a good idea, but at the time I definitely enjoyed the looks lol
Unfortunately in many western countries, people tackle hardcore tracks unprepared and officials close these tracks due to the excessive calls for help they receive from tourists that tried to take their AWD minivans down.
"in over my head... I need to buy a jeep" Haha I died. But then you wouldnt have had as much fun as you did. My jeep made the day too easy
I'm sure I'll buy a Jeep eventually, but I'm gonna keep driving the Tribute where she don't belong, believe me!

Just about to buy a 2004 V6 4x4 one...excellent video. You drove great! Not gung-ho like that guy in the ditch!
What tire size is that on your Mazda Tribute? I also own a 4X4 tribute and want to see what sizes will fit.
245/75/16, these should fit with minimal effort, just watch your backspacing
Почти по асфальту едут, а эмоций как будто по крышу в грязи🤣
I was doing some googling on decking out my Mazda Tribute, any advice?

Where’d u get that bull bar for your tribute?
This is literally a driveway in Australia lol
I was thinking similarly...used to take my old 180B on tracks worse than that..
You're dang right it is! My world would be a better place if a trip to the supermarket looked like this instead of paved roads :(
Where did you find the winch bumper?

Nice tribute, what tire dis you fit after the lift? Thanks.
where did you get the bullbar? my friend was looking for one
and where did you get the hood?

Its a damn shame we have to drive so far to have some fun! Much better video than the CLIFFS one being this is recorded the correct way lol
Where did you get the tributes hood?
Where'd you get the grill? Are you military?
Looks like a good time, might have to take me and my truck with next time you go lol
You bet man! I'm itching to go back to The Cliffs when the ground has a consistency of something that resembles dirt instead of super-glue lmao!
Ok, and where off-road!? 🤷♂️
We gotta go sometime man. I got a Canon camera too and we can work on trying to get some great content out on the tubes
For sure man, I'll be planning something here in a few months, I'd like warmer weather and ball joints that aren't using dirt instead of grease lol
Tim Likes Cars lol, my cheap ass needs to buy new tires too lol
@@TheBudgetGunCollector Yeah I saw how little tread depth you have left man, you definitely need new tires lmao
Tim Likes Cars lol yea
ля да там на Камрыхи я бы проехал !!!!!! Смешные даже машины не в грязи))))) русский офроуд смотрите
))))))
lift up a couple amd the wheels too, that's all you need.
In Russia, many people on such roads go to work every day with honda civic and Toyota camry. Drive on real off-road. Children

Hardly more offroad than a full tarmac motorway
Shit...my Citroen BX and my FIAT Panda did harder roads than this without some tosser guiding me through and they were 2WD
And surely you have video evidence of this?
