Im a Saints fan who lives in Indianapolis. I was at the Colts game today, wearing my Alvin Kamara jersey and loving it every time they showed the score to the Saints game. This game was never in doubt. Its nice to see them put a beatdown on Carolina for a change.

I hope this new Kubiak offense is what we see all season. They look potent as hell. Taysom Hill is in the perfect position, Kamara seems more energized, and the receivers/qb seem more coordinated. Not gonna overreact yet though. We will see.

Derek Carr was masterful, the announcers mention him "re-inventing" himself, 0:15 you see the pocket collapsing steadily and, with a hand in his face tosses a bomb, no a precision guided strike, to Rasheed. With the O line giving him the time to work, he was there all game. Stoked for the rest of the season.

There was a play where Kamara motioned out of the backfield cleared out the middle and Carr hit Olave on the cross pattern, thats a 49ers Shannon type play. Kubiak bringing that style of offensive play calling to the Saints will make the offense consistently good!

Best game I've ever seen D. Carr play. Grats to them and the Saints. Easy opponent but they dominated in week 1 when a lot of teams, including my Lions, came out very rusty. Carr must have put the work in this off-season to be ready off the rip this year. Good on him and the Saints.
Honestly it's a great game for him but we still have to wait and see if we can get it done with the Playoff teams if we do then this team is going to 10 plus wins this season the main issue is the Offensive line if it holds up then we will make it to the playoffs. @LouisWinthorpe3 He was not a role player, he was legitimately incredible in college. The problem is there's a huge gap between the two and many insanely talented college players are just not equipped or able to play in the NFL.

I don’t think it’s the fact of this W being that it was the Panthers, but the fact HOW it was a W. Great O-line play, amazing defense, Carr balled out, Grupe as well, and AK can still play. Clear to see major improvements on both sides of the ball for the Saints. True test is next week tho.

Most people thought Bryce was the best pick. What's crazy is how terrible Bryce has been.
CJ Stroud is on a good team on both sides, his RB rushed for 159 yards today and they still barely beat the Colts,put Stroud on the Panthers and give him that 58 yards rushing we had today and less talented WR and defense and let's see how good he does.

He would do better than Bryce. Simply because Stroud is better than Young, because Young is awful. The Panthers are not a good team but Bryce is also not a good NFL quarterback. Bryce lacks all the physical tools to play QB at the pro level. CJ Stroud has all of the physical tools that Bryce lacks. The Panthers and others fooled themselves into believing that Bryce was made for the NFL. They gifted Stroud to the Texans who prior to CJ being drafted there had won 11 games in 3 entire seasons. The Texans were a dumpster fire before lucking out and having Stroud fall into their lap.
