Masarap talaga kapag binilad sa araw yung pork belly, ganyan ginagawa namin dati pag mag crispy pata kami, suggest ko kuya Vanjo sa lechon sauce kasi ilonggo po kami ang ginagawa ng auntie ko noon imbes na bread crumbs, biscocho po nilalagay namin, kahit din po sa meat balls, embotido or kahit anu pong dish na sauce base na nilalagyan ng breadcrumbs. Masarap po siya. ❤❤❤
i'm sure all three recipes taste good, proven because that's how i did it too...walang daya or shortcut...with regards to the skin drying, since we're based here in Canada, a very cold country with little sunshine most of the time...I dehydrate the skin inside the oven after the boiling process by setting it at the lowest possible heat for hours or more until the the skin is rock hard...just be sure to wrap the belly meat with foil with only the skin exposed so it will not dry up and then proceed with the frying as Vanjo suggested
