I am so pleased that the director and crew picked the right cast, especially the newer but young and beautiful actress to play the FL. She was born in 2001 (Oct) so she was about 21 years of age when she filmed this midsized drama series. Well, only a 20-ish can play a 20 years old's cuteness and pure love, not a 30 or 30+ years old ..... Lol She's tall and slender, young and beautiful but also was professionally trained because she attended the famous Beijing Film Academy and she does have good acting skills. Give her some time and luck, she will (hopefully) shine along her flowering path.... Best Wishes and Luck to Her.....
The intro theme song and editing/graphics are excellent. It is perfect. No lyrics needed, just the dramatic instrumental. Good call. I love the intro and the first episode was amazing. Wanted to continue to watch it instantly.
Shen Yu Jie is very pretty and a good actress. She played a good role in Only for Love as support actress. This is my first time seeing Zhao Yi Qin. Looks like they are a good pair. Both good looking actors. Hope they collaborate again in another film

I just started to watch this drama as now it’s completely aired. I like Shen Yujie from Only for Love, also it has exceptional male lead Zhao Yiqin from Sweet Sweet, Provoke, A Different Mr. Xiao, Butterflied Lover. Spoiler alert‼️ But I have a feeling this drama which is dark and full with angst and as a happy ending fan, based on my experience with the ending of Butterflied Lover, this time I decided to check it before I invested my time in it. True enough, the ending is a heart wrenching one, but if you don’t mind with that, this drama is really worth watching. It’s not for me, with heavy heart I have to skip it. I can’t bear with a sad ending.
