    Tasty & Healthy snack from sprouted moong . Full of protein & vitamins
    INGREDIENTS
    Sprouted moong - 2 Cups
    Spinach - 3 Cup
    Sooji - 1/2 Cup
    Yogurt ( little sour ) - 1/4th + 1 Tbsp
    Garlic paste - 1 Tsp
    Ginger paste - 1 Tsp
    Oil - 2 Tbsp
    Green chilli - As per taste
    Turmeric - 1/4th Tsp
    Hing - 2 Pinch
    Eno - 3/4th Tsp + 3/4th Tsp
    Salt - As per taste
    FOR TADKA
    Oil - 2 Tbsp
    Mastard seeds - 1 Tsp
    Sesame seeds - 1 Tsp
    Red chili - 2 or 3
    Green chili - 2 or 3

    I prepared last night this sprouted moong with spinach dhokra and no words.... healthy and 😋😋😋.
    In my vaghar I added curry leaves, freshly grated 🥥 and chopped cilantro (kothmir)
