Wanted to make a video with my clips from Day 1, and since I had a lot I let the rest play after the mini montage. Also, if you’re curious how far we got.
We gave up after hearing Salt was stuck on 4th for 3 hours at the time.
We loaded in expecting it to be easy, like nezzy, we didn’t get past the first encounter before quitting

I arrived at Witness but my fireteam was really tired and Verity took most of our sanity

My team got through the first encounter. Took us 6 hours of struggle, but we made it. Damn, did it feel good.
Then Taniks popped out of a blight, picked up his steel chair, and bashed us into oblivion.
What if the final shape was called the freaky shape and the witness was called the freakness and it freaked all over the traveler.
And then the raid was called Salvations edging.

Normally I’m able to like decifer a raids mechanics by just watching someone play the raid. But this time I actually had to look up a guide
I had just wished they had a Unique Wipe Effect, like you are literally in the middle of being Shaped.
Like the wave for the wipe leaving a statue similar to the 4th encounter where you were standing (or close by).

Fun fact. Lose to The Witness via The Final Shape timer and you get calcified into a finalized shape.

We tried as a team for a total of 12 hours over the 2 days, we made it to encounter two by the end and tried a bit, but everyone was tired so we just gave in. It was really fun figuring the first encounter out by ourselfs, even if we never got much farther

My raid day 1 raid experience was non existant, i don't dare to take my friends along.

Amplify your pain using lfg for the ultimate experience. I refuse to belueve any lfg team made it through the whole raid day 1.
My team made it to The Witness after like 28 hours of playing (took a sleep break 18 hours into the day one raid and we were at the 3rd encounter at this point) and we stopped there because we were too tired. For my second ever day one experience, so proud of how the team did. Second encounter destroyed my soul, but 4th encounter at least for me was the most fun encounter out of any of them. Getting it correct was great.

I fell like there is a bug were you just randomly die, out of nowhere, sometimes the dead cause is killed by the architects, with a strand symbol, and highlighting an enemy like 2 miles away, really weird
I got the raid exotic on my first "clear," went back through to get 4th encounter done to get the regular triumph which i completed. Other than a Witness checkpoint, I'm NEVER touching this raid again!
