As much as these underwater vids are great and i do appreciate the time and effort that goes into them..i would like to see a rig placed on the spot without putting more bait out when all the bait has been eaten. Im a big believer that once you have fish visiting a spot you can delay your bites massivly by applying to much bait. Great video though and theres some interesting stuff to take away from it 👍

It lands on the leadcore because the lead is heavier and flies further when you stop at the end of your cast

Shame you guys didn’t get a bite after what I know will have been a lot of effort: but thanks either way. Still lots of info to take from this.

Only fish up to 50/60 yards , normally closer , float ledger and use leads from half/to an ounce free running . Takes are screamers every time and caught hundreds this way .
Never replace leads either . The lakes I fish help with these tactics though .. a pike bung at a hundred yards maybe ?

I don't think the fish were scared of the gravel , they didn't like the amount of bait on the spot , they knew it was a trap so they were picking up the little bits off the baited spot

would say it’s falling back due to fishing hellis? Lead clips usually have a greater kick away effect? Just my findings

Do you think carp react differently in a heavenly pressured day ticket feeding like. One mouth full from patch to patch. But on a syndicate Water there more likely to feed on a spot for longer as there just slightly less pressure?

Definitely, you have day ticket lakes / park lakes they are pressured everyday by lots good and bad anglers. While syndicates lakes are not so pressured by bad anglers only small amount of good. But again not everyday or the lake is not full everyday as most time park / day tickets are

Imo you used far to much bait in winter to get a bite , when I fish there in winter it's 20 boilies broken up in the boat and a small wafter
