I haven’t robbed it since but what I did was I flew my helicopter over there it’s going to be a challenge if your doing it alone I think you can also drive your car through the water though

Yeah there’s literally no way you can without a helicopter I’ll keep testing and hopefully find a bug but as I know you need a helicopter
