Rb26 one of the greatest sounding engines of all time. Particularly with a straight pipe. Can’t beat that roar.

The R34 has the best looking taillights ever put on any vehicle. I know 1200-1500 horsepower cars are almost normal these days but I’ll take this with 450 any way. Plenty of power to have a ton of fun, manual, plus I love the turbo whistle, blow off valve, and anti-lag. It would be impossible to get bored with this car. This is the experience everyone will miss when we’re forced to go electric
If only the owner cared about the interior the same way he cared about the exterior

Awesome video, no annoying music, no talk, just car.
When I lived in Japan, these could be had for 12k in great condition. A guy I knew even bought one at the auction (without seeing the engine) and was happy to find a built engine and upgraded turbos. Then, they turned 25 years old, making them exportable to the US. and the price doubled.
R34 has a few more years to reach 25 years, released in '98.
But it was the car I immediately fell in love with as a kid, in the year 2000 when my neighbour in UK had a white R34 GT-T. Other neighbour got a brand new bug-eye GDB WRX in Rally Blue with WRC stickers towards the end of the year. Good times!

@@TexanInItaly Aha, well all iconic JDM cars of the 90s are shooting up in price now. Most kids from those days are in their 30s to 40s now and doing well enough to afford these. Time/abuse is usually not kind to sports cars so examples are limited.
I've a whole list of JDM icons I'd love to own if I could ever afford them in my lifetime. Forget about Lambo's and Ferrari's, I'd be super happy with even an original GC8 RHD sedan for now 🥲
@@viduranisal In Japan, many auction cars are pristine. I bought a 1990 Toyota Crown Saloon for 2k that still had plastic from the factory on much of the interior. The Japanese really take care of their cars. I also missed the chance yo buy an NSX before they turned 25, they could be had for under 30k like new.
