I was doing a practice similar to this meditation. The last time I did it, the light being inside me warned me: Don't bring light from outside! There's enough light here. For this reason, astral light, (space, divine light,: I am already light and I am already divine and a Turkish proverb: free cheese is in a mouse trap. Nectar of the gods!) I do not find it appropriate to do a meditation practice brought from outside for now. Thanks for your guidance. I will continue to listen to Mr. Imram with interest.
