Another great video. Hey, my opinion, I think you did not lose on the trade off. I've been seeing Grandmothers for as low as $500 in the New York area. So you made off. Getting the UB-XA desktop was good. The keyboard version I've seen them used already as low as $700. The desktop won't lose as much value because of the reason you sold your Grandmother for, space. Let people talk. If you feel you are happy abd making good music with what you have, then that's all that counts.
@@georgegeez8708 thank you! Yes, I agree. I do hope though that Moog comes up with a desktop version of the Grandmother. That’s would be a no brainer. And you are absolutely right about the choice of gear that works for you. While I like monosynths, they love playing chords so a poly is more suitable for me. And the only poly out there that is affordable is the UB-Xa.
