The thing with the originals is that they're all demos or unfinished songs that Michael was unhappy with or wanted to revisit at some point and possibly finish, and they're all WAY better than those horrific remixed/remastered versions 😭
Nawwwww lets leave that fraudulent album outta this! Sony ruined a good thing with them fake ass tracks they put on there!..then gone lie right to our face for YEARSSSS
I'm so glad you listened to the original versions. I personally couldn't find a single one of the "remastered" versions that I actually enjoyed. These originals are just so much better, in my opinion. Love the content, bro!
God, as much as I love some of the remastered songs (hello Chicago), I gotta say this. In general, I enjoy more the original versions. And goddamn it, Xscape (the song) is an absolute BOMB in original version !
A place with no name original version is DIFFERENT. Took me a minute to truly appreciate it. I always liked the song, but now I truly appreciate the rawness of it, the soul and perfect vocals/ background vocals, as well as the instrumentation.
If you really want to go deeper: “Everywhere I turn, no matter where i look The systems in control, all ran by the book (Prison Rail sound closes)” Showing Michael being locked up in a Mental Prison feeling trapped by society. However in the second verse. He brakes free when he realizes he was in a fake relationship “How could that be my fault when she gambled and lost? Im tired of silly games It’s Time TO MAKE A CHANGE (Jail Rails opening) Why is it that I can’t do whatever I want to? (Oh!) When it’s my personal life and I don’t live for You? (You!) So don’t you try to tell me what is right for me (don’t you try it!) You be concerned about you I can do what I want to” Whatever fake relationship he was in opened his eyes to the reality of his situation. “I don’t have to live to anyone expectations except myself. Why would I bother with explaining what I do if at the end of the day its my life and my own choices. Amazing song
The Original versions of A Place With No Name and Xscape were leaked at January/2014, and the radios here in São Paulo city/Brasil, played them even before being officially released
About the song "Do you know where your children are" Michael wrote his songs from the heart, no matter if it was a love song or a song taking a serious topic. This song in specific was written during the Bad era, half a decade before the fake allegations against him, not only mj is innocent but the words in this song are just further proof for the fans to know how MJ felt about young innocent kids seeking money in hollywood, a place filled with real predators.
I remember when place with no name first leaker that people thought he had made it just before his death and was referring to him transitioning into the afterlife lol
The thing with this album is that several songs were unfinished, which sony "tried" to finish with certain levels of success, some of them like Chicago are reaaally good, when with others they just feel like inferior remixes to the originals
This is MY ideal Xscape album: Love Never Felt So Good (Only Michael) (Remix) Chicago (Remix) Loving You (Remix) A Place With No Name (Original) Slave to the Rhythm (Original) Do You Know Where Your Children Are (Remix) Xscape (Original) Does anyone agree? Also no Justin Timberlake sry man
OG tracks sound better. Love never felt so good a place with no name Chicago blue gangsta... Waaaaaayyyyyyyy better tracks. Love never felt so good with just Mike a piano and some backup singers on a stage would've been magic😢 RIP King of Pop
Hell nah. Only XScape , A Place With No Name and Slave To The Rhythm sound good or should i say acceptable for todays time. Most of these tracks are unfinished which shows and remastered ones are definitely leagues ahead of the original. Remastered still sounds up to date and very fresh. Most of the new audience wouldn't listen to the slow original tracks compared to remastered tracks.
The original songs are unfinished songs.. that is why they were not released when he was alive.. he recorded many songs for each album,, so he picked out the best he liked and finished them. These are not the once he wanted.. so I do not know what he would feel about these songs are out in the public
Escape was a single consideration for Michael when he was alive. He was going to shoot a music video but someone obtained a a copy of the original demo (not the one on the album) and leaked it
Album Must: Mobb Deep- The infamous Ghostface Killah - Ironman Raekwon- Only Made For Cuban Lynx 2pac - R U still down (Double Cd) ALL CLASSICS BRO !! BELIEVE ME YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
Why did they have to remaster all these songs there are only 2 good remastered songs in the album, ''Love Never felt so Good and Loving you, the rest were whack, the Originals should have topped the charts
It’s hit or miss sometimes but I think the Chicago and A Place With No Name remixes are the only ones that are good, maybe Blue Gangsta as well. Love never felt so good with Justin Timberlake is too jam packed full with a lot going on that is overshadowing mj.
Some of the remixes are still good but others are doin too much. I pefer the originals but it sucks that he couldnt finish them so we never rly gonna know the final result
Same, I love the original "A place without no name" and the original "Do you know where your children are" the remix or remastered version of "Do you know where your children are" takes away the meaning of it with the unnecessary upbeat rhythm
A Michael Jackson demo is better than a whole entire album of any modern music released today
The thing with the originals is that they're all demos or unfinished songs that Michael was unhappy with or wanted to revisit at some point and possibly finish, and they're all WAY better than those horrific remixed/remastered versions 😭
I mean I loove the remix of A Place With No Name!! Probably the only one that I like ❤
@@Anaabella-ey1 it's not terrible but it's not as atmospheric as the original and it takes away from the meaning of it
if they would only let someone like SWG mix it, they would al be finished and fantastic, now they are indeed al rubbish
Blue Gangsta 2014 completely washes Blue Gangsta OG, sorry
Mj vocals is on point
I think you also missed ' Michael ' Which is a posthumous album released on 2010 a year after his death
Yeah only from Sony
No one needs to react to this album
@@T1000-s4jThey took off the 3 fake tracks. So it’s all good if he does now. Lol
Let’s not count that one lol. In my head it goes straight from Invincible to Thriller 25, Bad 25, and Xscape.
Love never felt so good isn't bad imo
do you know where your children are is masterpiece !!!!

This is a great album. It was formed after he died. I bought it.....I have love it!
God, as much as I love some of the remastered songs (hello Chicago), I gotta say this. In general, I enjoy more the original versions. And goddamn it, Xscape (the song) is an absolute BOMB in original version !

Mj word play is amazing
The greatest talent the world has ever seen..
The original version of love never felt so good I sang so many times that it's natural for me and will always give me a good feelin inside
A place with no name original version is DIFFERENT. Took me a minute to truly appreciate it. I always liked the song, but now I truly appreciate the rawness of it, the soul and perfect vocals/ background vocals, as well as the instrumentation.
Has the same tune as HORSE WITH NO NAME BY AMERICA
Yes! These original versions are much better 🤩

Xscape was definitely soposed to get a video
Yup, that escape should have been released on the original for invincible. That thing is a banger, a hard a** beat.

OG tracks sound better. Love never felt so good a place with no name Chicago blue gangsta... Waaaaaayyyyyyyy better tracks. Love never felt so good with just Mike a piano and some backup singers on a stage would've been magic😢 RIP King of Pop

You missed Michael album after his death in 2010
The original songs are unfinished songs.. that is why they were not released when he was alive.. he recorded many songs for each album,, so he picked out the best he liked and finished them. Even unfinished, his songs still good 😂
Escape was a single consideration for Michael when he was alive. He was going to shoot a music video but someone obtained a a copy of the original demo (not the one on the album) and leaked it
For me personally, the mixed Album is waaaay better but that’s just me.😃

no the originals aren't better for the most part, Blue Gangsta & Do You Know Where Your Children Are? are though
Why did they have to remaster all these songs there are only 2 good remastered songs in the album, ''Love Never felt so Good and Loving you, the rest were whack, the Originals should have topped the charts
Im sorry but i feel like the person who remastered all these songs ruined Michael's songs

Wow!!A place with no name is good as Original, i dont like the other version at all
Same, I love the original "A place without no name" and the original "Do you know where your children are" the remix or remastered version of "Do you know where your children are" takes away the meaning of it with the unnecessary upbeat rhythm
Still no SHOUT reaction??? Remastered tracks are miles better than these original (unfinished?) tracks no cap.
