Entire Newtown Action Area 1 property is overpriced specially post covid. The prices have been appreciated by 1.5 times . On the other hand, the quality of construction is menial. You would hardly find construction of flats adorable. In the name of Newtown, they are selling adjacent properties coming under panchayat areas in around crores or 80 lacks. Think twice before purchasing.
Action Area 2 and 3 are still developing or under developed.
